I'm finally getting around to posting all of the latest things. A couple of weeks ago, Gary's parents came out to see us (really they came to see Jake), and we had such a wonderful time with them.
We took them to some "southern" restaurants near our home. (If you look closely, you can see my latest hair cut).
They took us to Nashville. We visited Andrew Jackson's home.
We also took a fun boat ride and ate lunch on the river. We also got to go to the Grand Ole Opry and see Randy Travis perform.
The best thing about the entire trip was just being able to spend time with them. Jake was thrilled with the attention, and it was nice to see family again. Thanks for coming and spending time with us; we love you and miss you already!
We had such a great time coming out and seeing all of you guys, not just Jake, although he was the icing on the cake. He's so happy, and good natured. You have such a beautiful home and neighborhood, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect. We enjoyed the great food, and new places to sight see, but most of all it was just great to be with our family. We'll be back as soon as we can ya'll.
ReplyDeletefun!! Having visitors is one of the best parts of living far away.. you get to show them where you live and all your favorite places. Looks like you guys had a blast and I LOVE your hair Aubrey!! so cute!!
